You do what he says. He has enough problems, dealing with management and customer demands, and doesn't need petty little people giving him more problems. If you approach your work the way you approach communicating on a board of educated, technical people, I imagine you've got a long way to go in learning team play.

You're in your 40's??? :-) I thought that 'grow up' said it all: can't really see how to dress that up for someone that thinks txtspk is used by anyone over 10 years old.

Yeah, well, the young will be young. I think one of the benefits of CP is the ability to ask quesiotns in a fairly anonymous way and get, mostly abuse, a load of crap, and just possibly some good advice. I think your advice could have belonged to the third group, not the first. :)

I think you have just started your career and I guess you got a job through campus recruitments. I have seen most of the kids who got recruited through campus accusing their boss or organization or something in the office for some lame reason. Most of them still carry that college innocence for a year. People who get jobs without much pain do not understand the need for job and they always compare with others. Do you think there is nothing wrong with you? If you feel that is not the best place to live, why are you staying there? See what is good in your office or with your boss and learn always the good. Set your goals. Understand what you need to learn. Try achieving them. Complaining these in public forums and having fun is not good.

OK, now that you've proven that you have the maturity level of a five year old and an IQ of approximately 45 - bugger off and play elsewhere.

Yeah its OK. I am in reasonable shape still, have enough energy still, and enough wisdom to not mind acting like a teenager when the mood strikes me! They say life begins at 40, and they are right you know. Its odd, you give up on all the pointless crap that occupied all your time, and that you werent really interested in anyway, such as chasing a career, and you focus on those things you actually like and enjoy. (I think it marks the death of the ego in some way, the mid life crisis, is the egos last stand before it snuffs it) How about you? You must be in your 40s too I guess?

Pretty much agree with most of that though I'm a tad older than you. I keep fit and healthy and enjoy my family and my life: really, what else is there? (Apparently I still have an ego so maybe not yet had a mid-life crisis :-))

I still live a fairly debauched life, although of course you have to give a nod to health and fitness now and again, but its fun anyway! But as you say, family and fun are important. We'll be worm food in another 40, so might as well make the most of it!

I find it hard to believe that you really write like this. I'm leaning more toward the idea that you are doing this to get a rise out of us here.

First, you should stop typing in chat words. If you are following the same in your office mails, change this habbit. People will have a very bad impression on you.
Support_Team wrote:

It's true but there are very less people. They compare on work mostly. If there are people who compare on some stupid things they have to grow up.

If your boss is really giving you lot of trouble, first find a job. Ask your manager and HR to have a discussion with you on where you are having problem. Justify yourself if the problem is on your side or their side. I agree that some managers are really bad. If your problem is genuine and if they are not listening, better leave the job.

Some people really don't have goals. I didn't have any goal till 25. I changed my attitude and I am trying to achieve my goals.

If you are not making fun, you should ask seriously and your post did make fun. Most of the people here got an impression that you are just making your time pass. It is also because of your chat words you wrote. I am telling you all for your good. It is up to you to take it in your own way. I observed that your English is better than mine (even by seeing your chat speak). What don't you change it?
