I have seen this in Win-XP here before, but I thought it would be solved in Windows 7, but it's terrible that still exists in Windows 7

The Windows PowerToy Calc is slightly better.

On Windows 7 In Standard Mode you get: -1.068281969439142e-19 In Scientific Mode you get: -8.1648465955514287168521180122928e-39
