Except for the fact that your Message Boards have been "down" for the last week even though they were supposed to be available again on November 11, 2002. (Today is November 19, 2002) When were you planning on addressing the issues your customers have raised in that newsgroup, or were you at all? You can spend all the time in the world working on "new and exciting things" but if you treat your current (and potential) customers like crap [i.e. ignoring their questions and concerns] then you should not even waste your time. -- Edward Livingston (a.k.a. Hi Edward, We make every effort to address our existing (and potential customers) support issues or concerns promptly (usually within 12-24 hours). Most of our customers are quite satisfied with the level of support that we provide them which usually includes sample projects or code to help them in their development. As far as our site goes it is undergoing some major rework, the boards will be down until the maintenance has been completed, hopefully it should not be too much longer. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me directly at anytime and I will make every effort to help in anyway possible.
