I saw it too, thinking of ordering it. Its only gonna be avaiable Dec 5th though. Expect PDAs to be a major seller this holiday season. I'm sure that by February the prices will be way down and we'll finally affordable PocketPC devices! BTW, anyone tried any of Socket's barcode scanners? Are they compatible with the .NET Compact Framework? Maybe thru Interop?

OK, maybe not as easily, but it's certainly doable. - Jamie Nordmeyer - 15-Nov-2002

I want to get one just to have something to do on the bus. "Be quiet!" I could say to the passengers. "I'm trying to debug my exception class.". All the girls would say "Wow, he's such a cool guy. I might ask him out". You'd have take care not to run any Java apps on there, it would probably overheat by the time the app initialised.
