looks good, but when we old-timers gather to discuss web pages we soon drift off to a long-forgotten concept called contents  web sites are hungry cookie mosters - if you don't feed them well, they cripple and criple & starve..

Hi! I have started to create my own personal Homepage and want to ask you what you think about it (the design, ...). Any idea to make it better? Oh, (sorry) the homepage is in german and only the links "Home" and "Kontakt" are aviable (I want to make the other sites in the next weeks). Sorry, I have forgotten the link: http://www.hh-system.com/danielstrigl/ Daniel ;) --------------------------- Never change a running system!

Nice. Though it might be a bit heavy on the bandwidth for dial-up users, I reckon there's about 30-40k of HTML+graphics there. ;) Regards Barry

Das ist ein shones page. Aber ich canst es nicht verstanden. I'm amazed I got that much German together, it's obviously lurking in my brain somewhere. I presume it's all wrong, but hopefully you get the gist. I dunno how to get the umlaut tho. Christian No offense, but I don't really want to encourage the creation of another VB developer. - Larry Antram 22 Oct 2002 Hey, at least Logo had, at it's inception, a mechanical turtle. VB has always lacked even that... - Shog9 04-09-2002 Again, you can screw up a C/C++ program just as easily as a VB program. OK, maybe not as easily, but it's certainly doable. - Jamie Nordmeyer - 15-Nov-2002

Daniel, I see no gratuituous sex, no images of scantily clad women with large breasts, no Amazing Techniques to Make a Million Dollars Overnight, and worst of all, no way to Increase the Size of my John Thomas. And even more shocking was the presence of a foreign language. Good Lord, the Internet was obviously invented for English speaking peoples, I see no reason to pollute it with strange and foreign tongues. Seriously, until these glaring errors are fixed I see no reason to further spend time visiting your site. Sigh, youth today... :) ¡El diablo está en mis pantalones! ¡Mire, mire!

Very nice! But I think that the W3C buttons do not fit in the whole. And the color of the links. (This is an engineer's opinion, not a designer's one) Keep this style and you'll have a nice homepage! :) Cheers, _____________ stefan bornuz

There seems to be a problem with it. I think some binary code is accidentally being written out as characters or something.
