I just ran into this feature this morning when I was trying to send a mail and forgot to upload the attachment: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/Uploads/28970/Capture.JPG[^] I thought this was a pretty cool feature. Cheers Smitha

There have been times when I wish that had happened - don't you feel such a fool?

Yes, it's been there for some time. Maybe a year I think. They're always rolling out little features like this - often in Gmail Labs.

That's quite cool, but I can't send an .exe in a .zip file (either using the web interface or Outlook), which is no fun when trying to update your article :(

Just rename the .zip to .zip1 or something and it will skip the exe filter.

Code Project should warn you with a message like: "This topic was posted in 14th May 2010 by Rama... do you want to post it anyway?"

If CodeProject did that automatically, what would I do here? :-D
