Are you sure? I could tell you the one ending in what the cat said to the parrot during the rainy season?

When it comes to weather forecasting; long range forecasts are about 75% accurate, next day forecasts about 90% accurate, if you assume tomorrow will be like today you will be 95% accurate. (I've got so much to do today I don't know which bit to do)

The temp will be the same, but the wind will be blowing twice as hard. :)

Does doublking the temperature gradient feel twice as cold? I have heard not (from Antarctic explorers). Adding another -20 degrees can feel a LOT colder even when already at -40. So, how relative is it? If 24 was balmy, and 28 too hot, then you oculd say that 24 is neutral. Therefore twice as cold would be -24. If its exponential, whats the rate?

"It is a remarkable fact that despite the worldwide expenditure of perhaps US$50 billion since 1990, and the efforts of tens of thousands of scientists worldwide, no human climate signal has yet been detected that is distinct from natural variation."
