RIP Bruce :rose: He was/is truly a legend. I wonder if he was still alive if he would be like Jack LaLanne? i.e. Still work out and look good for his age. Also as a side note I would hope he would not endorse goofy crap like the "Juicer" that Jack endorses.

I'm entirely sure that he would. Having spent a number of years in the martial arts life, I know that there is nothing like it for keeping the energy up and feeling alive. No one who has a choice would ever willingly give that up.

Hey, Social Security isn't all it's cracked up to be. I can't blame Jack for trying to make a buck on the side. :-D

    Will Rogers never met me.

Gimmics and silly machines do nothing; genuine weight training, aerobics, and cardio workouts can't be replaced by goofy toys. There is no shortcut. Period.

            Will Rogers never met me.

Not at all; I'm certain you were doing it correctly. But you weren't pushing yourself to your limit: Yard of Beer[^]. ;P

It's probably over-priced, but... I borrowed one last year to make a small batch of cider, and the thing actually worked pretty well.

It probably does but it was late and I was pulling his chain. :)
