Only in the Far South, Sub-Tropical Bedfordshire is still not getting snowed upon.

Just a very light dusting here. Snow is very rare here in Portsmouth something to do with being an Island and having a hill to the North. I beleive it can only actually snow here if it comes in from one direction (West I think).

Well here in Eastbourne on the sunny south coast it is nothing like January last year yet. Roads have been kept pretty clear this way, only minor backroads havent been gritted and certain sections of the A27 around the Brighton, Worthing area are troublesome. A couple more days of snow like this though and it will be the same as the Northern areas.

There are many descriptions of Luton starting with the 'sub-' prefix. However tropical is not one of them.

Norwich has come to a complete standstill. They think the sky is caving in.

I had to help push some fool in a two seater rear wheel drive up a slightly icy incline yesterday evening. We've still only had a light dusting really, and all the roads are well gritted apart from residential dead ends.

It was mainly the name he chose.
