Almost everyone who looks over my shoulder while I'm working asks me where I got this[^]. I made it back in the Windows 3.1 days, and have used it ever since -- there was a bit of a panic when I upgraded to Win 3.11, which overwrote it (I'd used the same file name as for the Windows one) but I got it back from a back-up and renamed it. Thinks: I should have made it available on the Net sooner; it would have saved my having to personally give it to just about everyone who walked past.

It's a cursor, you either have to delve into the workings of your browser to associate them with a program to display them, or just download it and open it (and, I'd bet 5 cents, use it to replace the Windows default).
