It is generally frowned upon to post job opportunities in the Lounge. You should generally use the job board, although that appears to be offline at the moment. I recommend using another job board, such as Monster.

I'm pretty sure it's offline right now. I was able to reach the page to post a job using indirect means, but that page says permission is denied when I visit it.
