Make the office out of mirrors. I'm not quite sure what color that is.
Depending on what he does in the office, maybe he can just put mirrors on the ceiling?

That is a hard one. The most popular these days seem to be: Color.Azure aka 0x00FFFFF0 (warning: lots of disbelievers) Color.Transparent aka 0xFF000000 (warning: lots of fails, and frequent performance issues) :)
