Most Hated[^] I notice that Qantas didn't make the list, but BP did. Personally, I think my cable internet should have made the cut, but they apparently dodged the bullet.

    Will Rogers never met me.

Goldman Sachs should be on there. Let's see how long until Bank of America hits #1.

From what I hear he gave Hu hell about Chinese software piracy so maybe I should take him off my list?

Watch, they'll get the source code they need from Microsoft to make it on their own and give them the boot.

OK - I've always been a "Verizon guy" so let's keep ATT on the list.

Qantas is an Australian airline so it is highly unlikely for it to be in the list. I was not surprised that United is in the list though.

Dinno why people hate this company, but alongside CG adventures I googled it and was surprised to found that for 100 years history they don’t have a single accident with casualties.

Here's my take on it: - Putting it mildly, US airports are not known for great passenger experience, especially lately. It's not surprising that consumers take it out on the biggest airlines: (American Airlines, United Airlines) - Larger banks and some technology and entertainment companies often outsource their customer service to rather remote locations. As a result, customer experience may vary[^] (Charter Communications, Citigroup, AT&T, Bank of America, Dell, Dish Network, DirecTV) - Sometimes even good companies fall victims of witch-hunts staged by overly zealous media outlets (Toyota, BP) - Some large companies have overly tough working environments (Johnson & Johnson, Best Buy) - Some large companies produce bad products with remarkable consistency (Nokia) - Some people blame their food choices on companies that cook for them (McDonald's)
