I think we need to change the CCC timings - because when i come to the office and look at the CP forums - it's already been answered. How about mid day(GMT) ??

Yes what a good idea. Is there anything else you would like changed? How does the colour of the site fit in with your taste? How about the fonts and text size?

The CCC timings are at my convenience. I cannot guarantee my availability at other times, so I do it when I get into the office and post at 9.00am Zulu.

Wouldn't Camembert, Passendale and Gorgonzola be better and tougher ones?
