            I believe it is called advertising internally. And if you have ever lost a contract to an "internal placement" then you now see the other side of the position. If it came from an outside agency, are you expecting intelligence and integrity from an agency? :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: hic!

                            If the Package was good means you can apply for it. BTW check for the appraisal here in india for us we are expecting more appraisal by the apr 11 if there is not that much appraisal planned to change the organisation. BTW check it out there the appraisal if time is there means check for the package and switch to it.
