Is the 50 Degree heat the winter temperatures? As I read once that they were thinking of moving it to the winter for Qatar because of the summer heat.

Bangladesh[^] is very poor, and yet rather than spend this money on population control, education and flood defences it instead pisses it away on a competition in which it will only play in the group stage.
