As you know, CP recently changed the newsletter subject heading starting line from [CodeProject] to CodeProject |. No big deal. I have outlook rule set up to intercept CP related emails and file them in different folders. Makes life easier. Since the change in the email subject, even though I have modified, deleted and created new Outlook rules, it flags the newsletter as 'suspected spam'. Ok, no problem let us edit Junk Email Options. I added the specific email address, the whole CP domain and number of variants to my Safe Senders List. That bustard still thinks CP emails are 'suspected spam'. Every morning I have been telling it to trust CP emails, but it refuses to listen.:mad::mad:

    Yusuf May I help you?

Mine seem to keep ending up in my root inbox lately for some reason despite the fact I keep thinking I have finally updated all of the rules.

If you have a lot of rules I've had similar issues, but once I changed the rule order it cleared it up.

That's called seagull management (or sometimes pigeon management)... Fly in, flap your arms and squawk a lot, crap all over everything and fly out again... by _Damian S_
