      When I saw the link address, my immediate thought was "cattle-prod". How refreshing to find out I was basically right, for once! :-D

        I had thought something similar. :) And for those bratty kids we have the shock-o-collar with a remote adjust setting from time-out to your-outta-time.

                Yeah that's the device I was thinking of, couldn't remember the name...something about getting them to stop barking. With just a minor modification perfect for the unruly child that runs amok in the store.
