Hair Loss

Hi Code Gurus, Has anybody here suffered of hair loss? Did you have any successful treatments? What product is the best? I'm suffering of hair loss myself .. I was thinking that there might be a successful treatment. (a.k.a. Wal2k)
www.wal2k.com"Has anybody here suffered of hair loss?" Yes, I shave my head. I figured it'd beat it to the punch since most of the men in my family have had the chrome dome since they were in their 20's. It's such a very clean and comfortable feeling I may never grow it back. Sorry if I may offend but, it ain't nothing but a thing, get over it...

www.wal2k.comThe benefit of hair loss is that it sorts out the superficial women and leaves the good ones.

Rogaine and Propecia are the only drugs i've ever heard of working. Rogain you rub on, Propecia you take as a pill. The only downside is if you're a woman and pregnant, you stand a good chance of seriously messing up your child. Those treatments where they transplant hair from other parts of your body sound like *waaaay* too much work, and then what - you get a head full of ass hair? No way. Wigs, weaves, etc. can look good, if you've the cash to get a good one; if you can't get a good one, then don't bother. As for me, if i ever have that problem i'm taking the easy route - shave it all, & buy a hat. :)

[EDIT] Nemanja, I was just trying to note that usually should be stressed. After I hit submit I read what I wrote and it sounded as if you didn't say usually, which you did. Just trying to clear up what I said. :) [/EDIT]

I shave my head once-a-week it's easy and don't spend tons of $cash on shitty over priced hair products, no barbars bill!, and no time wasting getting ready to go. The women (my wife) luvs it bald!

www.wal2k.comThere is one drug I know that works - ethinylestradiol (complete regrowth in about 4-5 years). However, it does have one or two side-effects... :omg: Anna :rose: www.annasplace.me.uk "Be yourself - not what others think you should be"

www.wal2k.comHas anybody here suffered of hair loss? Did you have any successful treatments? Black (or brown,blonde,red,white...) paint? :) I hope that the joke didn't hurt your feelings :rose: Most of my relatives are bald, so I think that I'll start to lose my hair soon. I'm used to cut my hairs very short since I was a child and I don't mind much about losing them. I know that for some people this could be a problem, but I think that you should try to accept the problem and your changing look and not use treatments that cost money and could damage your health. And when you look yourself in a mirror, remember that Bruce Willis is almost bald and this didn't stop Demy Mooree to marry him :) -- Looking for a new screen-saver? > remember that Bruce Willis is almost bald and this didn't stop Demy Mooree to marry him exactly. i've got a "hair problem" myself, but the thing is (after the first 10 years of freaking out about it) i finally realized that women don't care. you show them your true character and that's all that matters.

From experience, the best remedy is an aerobic exercise routine, coupled with rampant sex every day with the dirtiest girl you can find, and lots of cold showers. Because you wont give a damn! And you will feel great! "Life begins at 140"

This summer it was a big hit having a shaved head, almost ALL of the guys in the office were bald :-) "After all it's just text at the end of the day. - Colin Davies "For example, when a VB programmer comes to my house, they may say 'does your pool need cleaning, sir ?' " - Christian Graus

Not too long, maybe only a week or so, just a different feeling. If you've ever grown a beard then shaved it off then you know the feeling, not too different from that. Family, friends were surprised but not too much. In order to really pull it off, you have to have the head shape for it. For some folks like yself, it just look natural or right if you know what I mean, but for others it looks like they are trying too hard. But I gotta tell ya, it it really nice on those hot summer days, just wipe off w/ a cool towel and you feel great. I'll probably never go back...
