I bought and external usb one already. I mostly use it for iso, updates and backups.

I'd consider enabling MS Update, if I could get it to install updates on anything other than the C: drive. Nothing else could possibly use that much space.

2TB is not a lot of space these days. You can get a drive with that much space for $80, though it may be more expensive depending on speed (and interface, and brand, and so on). Now, show me a cheap 24TB drive, and then I'll be impressed. :-D

Um. My home PC, which I am typing this on, has a 500GB and a 1TB HDD, both of which are about 3/4 full, and will probably need upgrading later this year. I have a 1TB Media Player, which backs up and stores my DVDs and CDs, currently about 2/3 full. My wifes' PC has a 400GB HDD, currently about 1/4 used. Both PCs also back up to a NAS with a pair of 1TB HDDs. So what would I do with a 2TB HDD? Simple. Fill it in about a year or so.... :sigh:

Tell me you're joking. I have 2 x 1TB Caviar Blacks striped for my primpary/OS drive - 250MB/sec, double track length and <4.5ms seek time. As for the media storage (which is 60% full)... The primary array is in two partitions to keep indexing loads low and of course, backed up into the RAID 5 media array.
