I love cooking! Maybe it's a C++ trait - the old 'not made here' syndrome. Why pay for a pre-made meal when you can do it yourself for half the cost and 10 times better? Debugging cooking is a bit of a nightmare though. cheers, Chris Maunder

Well, not really. I used to cook a lot of desserts ( when I was first kicked out of home I would cook a lemon merigue ( even though I can't spell it ), eat it for two days, cook a cheesecake, etc, etc). The trouble nowadays is time. We tend to eat take away more often than I would like, but my wife works part time and has the two kids, I work ludicrous hours, often I go home, pat the kids on the head, turn around and come to work, picking up dinner on the way. My wife cooks a mean curry though. Christian #include "std_disclaimer.h" People who love sausage and respect the law should never watch either one being made. If you're a good enough cook, try inviting a date round to your place where you'll cook her a meal. It goes down really well, and they think it's dead romantic.......

I burn most of my food. I put the food on and go and do one of the following: watch tv play mandolin play gaita or english border pipes program my PC If its the computer then I often forget about the food. If its music I often enjoy what I'm doing too much. So I burn far too much of my food. Its usually edible (but not always) afterwards.
