Actually melting ice does affect the earths crust. Scotland is still rising for example after its 2 mile thick ice cap melted thousands of years ago. This will of course affect how those plates move to some degree.

I'm not sure I would like to group them together like that. Williband ('cos he's a d!ckhead) will at least keep Labour out of power until he's replaced. Gaddafi, on the other hand, is just plain evil, and I would be exceedingly happy to see his head on a spike outside The Tower of London. As an ex-middle east hand, I can assure you that Lockerbie was but one of his murderous plots.
