Actually I said "a bunch of relatively privileged software professionals", which isn't specifically calling out developers at all, much less as a whole. I am bombarded with GW BS all and every day by the media, sorry if I react to it, but it wasnt me who started it! While I don't agree with the performer's politics, that was amazing. Kudos for using the first amendment. This is kind of stuff that was done to both sides when I was a kid.

I am going with the current political climate. And he does admire Kim and Erdogan and Duterte. Summary executions and imprisoning of journalists. Sort of go together. And, even when on his 2016 campaign run, he encouraged violence against journalists (in particular). The difference is much narrower then you think if you take into account the wanna-be portion. Well, the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law.
