If you go by the various reputation category colors, I'm the highest rated user here (six platinum, one silver). Take THAT Graus! :)

I have to tell you that gabbling about these points does not go well with your "gun-firing-harley-riding-macho-dood" image. Especially, today's one was like a little girl child telling another: "I have seevven candies. My mommy is gonna give me two more in de eevening". Hmm... That low vote isn't from me, but I'll try balancing it.

Whatever. And here I am thinking I was merely making an observation. To make it more Lounge-compatible, maybe I should have included some nonsensical crap, cricket news (closely related to nonsensical crap), or tried to start up another rival to CCC. EDIT ==================== RE: The 1 voters Awwww.... Did I offend some cricket fans? *sniff* I bet when you saw the cricket remark, you spit your tea all over your pretty new spring dresses, your pinky fingers wavered, and all of this followed by a sharp intake of breath, and capped by the exclamation, "WELL! I NEVER!!!" What a bunch of Shielas...

I'm not talking about what should be posted here, but you're certainly not going to make your posts about "reputation" look any better by calling CCC, cricket and other posts as nonsensical crap. To me, these points, and posts about the points are pretty much nonsensical crap as well. But people who seem to get enormous joy out of their online points should continue to talk about it, and I'll have no problems. Most importantly, if this was someone else, I wouldn't have bothered to comment. But when you post about silly things like points (silly in my opinion), it's just alarming. :)

                    1. You must also not have noticed that I was targeting my post at Christian and his ungodly number of reputation points (and I don't think anyone's gonna catch him for the next five or six years). 1) I find it funny that the 1-voting f*ck-tards think that their votes on this thread are going to change anything regarding my status. It's an exercise in futility. 2) At the same time, I'm kinda shocked that some of the f*ck-tards are reasonably high-rep users. Typically, we see this kind of puerility from noobs who have no sense of community or respect.

Catch whom on what? I don't mean any offense to anyone, but just by posting a LOT of junk on a daily basis, I can overtake anyone's overall reputation here. Isn't that the way these points and levels work?

Since when did you start worrying about votes, and what has 1 voting a post that you don't like have to do with sense of community or respect? But I see that the votes are really heavy - my vote didn't move it anywhere up! Since when did you start worrying about votes, and what has 1 voting a post that you don't like have to do with sense of community or respect? But I see that the votes are really heavy - my vote didn't move it anywhere up! I see that in your other post you defend saying that you didn't talk about points, but are talking about levels or whatever. They're all the same stuff (to me at least).

Since when are CodeProject-related topics verbotten in the Lounge. Have we finally come to that? I don't really give a flyin' f*ck what you (or anyone else) think about me talking about points. I'm just replying to your messages with further observations, and contextual thoughts and ideas. In the civilized world, we call this a "conversation". Google it if you need to. And yeah, in case you haven't already figured it out, you're pissin' me off.

Notice I didn't say anything about "points". I was talking about the color levels (platinum, gold, silver, et al) that have been in place since Codeproject was new.

If you go by the various reputation category colors, I'm the highest rated user here (six platinum, one silver). Take THAT Graus! :)

Good job, especially considering that most of the colors are “painted” with contribution to CP (articles, answers etc.). Are you considering making a t-shirt with the reputation squares and the labels? It could look cool. About catching up with Christian, you’re a little delusional there. :-D

That's all. I also didn't know this was going to become a lengthy conversation either.
