We cannot "tip" coordination. :) I now have a huge urge to rotate my 24" display 90 degrees to see how it looks.... stay tuned....

tip: a good stand. So, I'm now looking at my 24" Samsung in portrait mode... wait... moving an IDE over to it..... Comments: 1) I'm already getting neck strain from tilting my head up to see the top of the page. 2) I have this uncanny feeling my monitor has taken a male enhancing prescription.... :)

You could nail the monitor to the wall.

yeah, that is pretty true about the neck strain... i found some decent stands with that "4 screws into the back" plate. maybe put somethin like that into a wall stud that'll slide vertically and rotate back to landscape when i start to go insane (or wanna see landscape pics that aren't microscopic)

same monitor as me - I got two. At work I used to use one monitor in portrait and the other landscape - but they were IBM monitors that came with a swivel stand - that was awesome. texty stuff and code editing on the portrait, gui design and web pron browsing on the landscape. If you find a good way of safely rotating the Acer, lemme know & I might learn from your mistakes :)

not accidentally tipping over and killin' me?Until I got a monitor with a twisty leg, I used a small painter's easel.
