TeamDeveloper

A few weeks ago there was a question in the database forum about ReportBuilder. I asked, if the OP ment Gupta Report Builder, but didn't receive an answer. But my real question is: Are ANY TeamDeveloper / SqlWindows developers here ? And, if yes, should we have a own programming forum, or is this environment too exotic ?

You do have your own forum...it's called the Q/A forum. ;)

Not really - even Q&A is divided in some subs, and then are a lot of forums in 'General Programming' - even a own forum for RegEx ...

It was a joke Klaus. On a more serious note, most of the questions are now being fielded in the Q/A forum. If you want a new forum then go to Help --> Bugs & Sugs and put your request there. Good luck. ;)

Ok, I didn't recognize the smiley - my fault ... But it was merely a question if there are some other devs here like me that work with TD, 'cause for 2 or 3 people there is no need for a own forum -the can communicate via eMail :-)

I would have guessed the OP was looking for info on SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). The report builder consumes data models that a developer publishes for end users to create their own adhoc reports.
Common sense is admitting there is cause and effect and that you can exert some control over what you understand.

May be - I (shame on me ...) have been (mostly) on Gupta/Centura/Gupta/Unify SqlWindows/TeamDeveloper for the last 17 years, and this Dev. system has a component named ReportBuilder. A lot of TD-development is even now done in TeamDeveloper 3.x, and the OP asked for Report Builder 3. But that was (here) even an introducion for my question -I want to know if there are any other TD /SW developers in this forum. Thanks for listening / reading
