    For me it's some Tunnel Trance records at low volume... I simply can't concentrate when listening to vocals. So what do you prefer when coding? When I was young my mother told me to clean up my room, I told her -1!

    Any of the Gilles Peterson compilation albums are excellent, really low-concentration chilled jazzy house. A friend of mine also gave me a CD he put together with some great tracks on it, I've no idea what they're called but the second track is absolutely astounding :-D -- Paul "If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation." - David Brent, from "The Office" MS Messenger: paul@oobaloo.co.uk Sonork: 100.22446

I used to listen to the Digitally Imported internet radio, but i'm not tuned anymore to the web :(( (except some sites such as codeproject :rolleyes: ) and i do not have a soundcard neither a CDplayer on my PC, so i do not listen to anything anymore :(( But i really love trance or some smashing things like offspring, blink182 ... Actually, it is _very_ difficult to code without music X| ~RaGE();

                  Yes they did. Can't remember the name though (probably like "works" or so). It's not bad, although you don't really need it if you have all their albums :-D. ----------------------- New and improved: kwakkelflap.com My first CP article: Pseudoregisters[^] while (!:bob:.IsDrunk()) { :bob:.Drink( :beer: ); }

                        Yeah, thats the one. I'd recommend it. I still remember the first time I heard Belfast, I must have been about 17 (couple of years after it was released at least), and it totally blew me away - been hooked on Orbital ever since

                            As best as I can recall, the CD changer in the car has: Benny Goodman (original recordings) Don Hariss - Mysterium (new age instrumental) Humble Pie - Eat It Humble Pie - Thunderbox Yanni - Live at the Acropolis Eve 6 - Eve 6 Various artists - Women of Song (Celtic traditional) Green Day - Dookie An American brass quintet (Baroque brass ensemble) Travis Tritt - Down the Road I Go Kate Bush - The Kick Inside The Black Crowes - By Your Side And the last time I checked, the volume was on 11. :-D Chistopher Duncan Author - The Career Programmer: Guerilla Tactics for an Imperfect World (Apress)
