Is there any commonly used license for closed source softwares? Can any one suggest one for me for a software which is free but not open source.

Yeah - it goes something like this: "Don't copy our software - or else." As you can see, legally, it has few, if any, teeth. More often then not, software licenses are ignored, or intentionally circumvented.

Thanks & Regards
But that's for open source software.
Permission to use, copy, modify, and/or distribute this software for any
purpose with or without fee is hereby grantedDo you want your users to be able to modify your software? Closed source freeware usually allows the user only to use it, but not modify it, and often it doesn't even allow redistribution. With the ISC license, anyone may decompile your software, then redistribute the source code, or even modify it and sell the result commercially.
