Find a new career, with that attitude you'll get no-where in IT. Given your high standards of responsibility I'm sure a person like you will hvae no trouble in the hygeine or food preparation industries.

How about those employers who steal from their employees i.e. Late sittings without even a word of appreciations ?? Besides I love my job because I am a developer by choice not by chance.
