Well, the US and Britain did fund the training and arming of the taliban (mujahadeen - if spelt correctly) when they were opposed to the Soviets, so I feel there may be some culpability there.
The only single entity we can lay blame to is "the human race". EVERYBODY plays a part.

Few month back our Police cought ex CIA black water agent red handed killing 3 innocent people but realesed him. now u can imagine who could let go murderer of innocent people?

There are a few reasons for them "letting him go": 0) He could probably kill all of them with just his pinky finger and they knew it. 1) The police were outnumbered because there was one Blackwater guy. 2) He threatened them with a possible attack by Navy Seal Team 6 3) He held up terrorist ID photos next to each cop's face and said, "Hey, this kinda looks like you."

I'm just amazed by the level of training the Seals go through, and what they can achieve. The ones I saw at the zoo last weekend do nothing, just swim around, maybe clap occasionally. -Rd
