Ah, just venting about how Pakistan is treating/reacting to us taking care of business in their country when they should have been doing this a long time ago. This is the Soapbox you know. People come here to vent and preach. :)

I dont have any problem if somebody is venting against Pakistan. Because as an Indian, I love it. :-D The issue is Pakistan does not have balls to side with US or taliban. So they trying to impress US with right hand and taliban with left hand.

In the case of OBL, we were the good guys doing a job that no one else (Pakistan) would do. However, my country's government has done some real bad stuff over the course of our history...that is what I meant by my comment. I am a veteran and I am proud to be an American but I am not proud of all we have done and what we will inevitably do in the future.

I cannot see why they [Pakistan] should have done that 'job'. Pakistan has always been an unstable country, and has been further destablised by the 'War on Terror'. Why stir up more problems for themselves? [edit]The pronoun 'they' refers to the noun 'Pakistan' in the quote - just to avoid any misunderstanding.[/edit]

As long as they use the left hand for the Taliban, we should be pleased. ;)
In real engineering, you do what works in practice, even if the theory says it fails. In social engineering, you do what theory says works, even if it fails in practice.
