A thought experiment: If you skipped your lunch beer(s) - Would Hungary fall off the chart? ;)

As I'm only Humngarian by marriage and I don't live in the country, my consumption can only help the UK. That said, I am trying to remain above average. :jig:

My Nom-de-Net is hungarian, it was assumed as a joke when I moved to Hungary in 1997 and it's kinda of hung around. Nagy is a very common surname and the word means Big, and Vilmos is just hungarian for William my real name.

Sometimes I drive to Luxembourg to buy absinthe and I guess that I'm not the only one. Low taxes => alcohol tourism. Also, there are a lot of rich people in Luxembourg. What would you do if you own over a billion euro's in stocks? Hire a driver and be drunk for the rest of your life, that's what.

They made Luton a principality, so that its figures wouldn't be added to England's. Add the two together, and they're off the top of the chart.

In Russia, vodka is not considered alcohol, I guess...

Actually, vodka is alcohol. What russians drink and call vodka is not...

We retired from the competition after winning it 5 years on the trot - it was time to let someone else have a turn at winning it. Now we just sit on the sidelines (drink in hand) and kibitz
