To quote from the first line: "This email is to all people who have been scammed in any part of the world, the UN has agreed to compensate them with the sum of $3,000,000.00 (Three Million United States Dollars)" I suppose it's a "good" idea - marketing to gullible people who've already been scammed... Iain.

I am one of "those foreigners coming over here and stealing our jobs". Yay me!

That smilie is very similar to a Klingon smilie (Klingons NEVER smile): }}:-[

"I just exchanged opinions with my boss. I went in with mine and came out with his." - me, 2011 ---
I am endeavoring, Madam, to construct a mnemonic memory circuit using stone knives and bearskins - Mr. Spock 1935 and me 2011

Someone that's already been scammed is easier prey. Way back when the homeless (hobos) and con men would put a chalk mark on the curb in front of a house where they got a meal to indicate that the people in the house were an easy target.

First rule of marketing, know your audience.
