It was broke, so I fixed it.

The only good news I can give you is that you are not alone. My day sucks as well, for reasons that I would not like to divulge on a public forum. Lets just say there are days when I hate my job. Today is one of those days.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

The world economy is ruined, countries are bankrupt, they just dont know it yet, and a massive asteroid is going to smash into the sea in a few years rendering much of the planets surface destroyed through massive techtonic plate movement. So no, not really. :)

massive asteroids don't generally cause techtonic plate movement, they cause upper atmospheric obstruction resulting in nuclear winters etc. etc. etc. and massive shock waves and firestorms.

Here goes: I found out today that the problem with my contract job that I've been banging my head against for over a month now is actually a hardware issue. We were dangerously close to a naked happy dance here, but I had not had quite enough coffee yet.
