I just had to visit this website to get a contact number and thought, "Did the Web Designer not bother to look at it when he was finished?" See Here[^] I think it ironic that this company makes its money from other peoples rubbish.

Looks like he only tested with ie7! it looks fine with the compatablity mode on

from that site "Our IT department has developed a unique on-line service" yup .. our IT department (who obviously dont proof their work) and 'unique', yep, sticks out like dogs gonads !!! gawd !

Looks like the designer didn't know about cross browser compatibility: looks fine in IE: probably just a small tweak to get it right: offer to do it for them for a fee - perhaps a new jacket to replace the effing awful one you bought a little while ago....

There is a high possibility this is what the client exactly requested. I once had a client asking for a website made of 100% images to represent an office. Sometimes you just do what you gotta do their ultimatum is.
