Kitna deti hai? = How much does it give? The OP is referring to the mileage (fuel economy) of the vehicle in question. Fuel economy is an important thing in India (it's important everywhere, but there's a whole new level to it here), and many people choose a car/motorcycle/whatever with better fuel economy, even if it's more pricier than other similar ones. This phenomenon is prevalent enough that a very funny advertisement was made out of it. A yacht salesman explains the details of a super luxury yacht to a group of rich Indians. They all listen to the details of each luxury feature explained in detail (the theater with hifi audio, the bedroom with wooden floor and luxury mattress, the powerful engine of the yacht, the bathroom with jacuzzi, etc). After everything has been explained, an Indian asks the unexpected: Kitna deti hai? :) An Indian asking "kitna deti hai" about a cruise missile! (video)[^]

Google does, it means "how much does it give" and is the tagline to an advert for a Maruti car that gives good mileage.

Ah! I tried Google translate - which thought it was Swedish, but didn't understand it as Hindi or Tamil either... :)

I'm sure English is not your native language, but it is the default language for this site. In English, that makes no sense at all - and Google Translate can't find it either. Please, try to find a translation to English!

Sorry! I didn't mean to offend you - I was trying to use short sentences of words with a single meaning, so that they would (hopefully) translate well through Google into whatever language you were using.

Nice way to thin the herd. What will keep terrorists from loading these with explosives and flying into buildings or nuke plants?

So you are saying that you guys have the infrastructure to regulate civilian flight if the air space was flooded with private craft? Idiots would enter restricted airspace constantly, raising false alarms. I think the barrier to entry in flying, that Cessna type vehicles serve only one purpose, keeps the skies from being overrun. On another note, we have enough trouble keeping drunk drivers off the road, I don't want them taking to the sky.

No ! Look around the world - you identify yourself as a airflight learner, enter an airplane, knock out your teacher and your'e in control of a aiplane. Otherexample: 9/11 ... There was NO control, 'cause it were regular flights - and even in future there CAN NOT BE ANY CONTROL 'cause you cannot distinguish between known and unnkown flights - is it a flying car, a Cessna or a 747 (generally speaking)
