I go to office to do my work. I don't want to see girls wearing see-through shirts there. There's simply no excuse for such slimy behaviour, and they should know that there's a time and place for everything. They're (the young ones are) welcome to take my phone number and call me later in the evening, but they shouldn't bother while I work. My code generates enough runtime errors as it is. The fact that it was an old cow makes it even worse. X|

Well if she did that with the wrong intentions, I agree. But maybe she did not even know her transparent shirt was pissing people off, specially since Dan chose not to talk to her and instead to ask** an anonymous internet audience. ** He did not really ask us anything but he chose to discuss it here.

I disagree. The same rules for old and young, specially at work.

Then she needs to grow the fuck up. What kind of girls wear transparent dress to work anyways? If transparent dresses with their bosoms revealed are accepted at work, I think there's a name for that work, and for those women.

Well formal wear at work often only applies to men. Women usually end up wearing smart casuals.

Casuals are fine, but not revealing dress. It applies to men and women alike. I'm sure nobody at work will want to see me come in boxer briefs and tank top banian. Should such a thing happen though, the fellow nerds in my team will burn me alive without thinking of the consequences.

Even here, it's a mix of guys and ladies. In some cases the guys give you better deals, so normally I prefer dealing with salesmen rather than women. Doesn't work that way all the time though.

I saw a female cow-orker (not one I know) wearing a white shirt that wasn't so much translucent as transparent with a flesh colored undershirt. That's appropriate for going clubbing, not working in the office. This person appeared closer to 55 than 25 and doesn't have the young and stupid excuse for not knowing better. X| :sigh:

Even here, it's a mix of guys and ladies. In some cases the guys give you better deals, so normally I prefer dealing with salesmen rather than women. Doesn't work that way all the time though.

                                    Regards, Nish

I saw a female cow-orker (not one I know) wearing a white shirt that wasn't so much translucent as transparent with a flesh colored undershirt. Tell her it is portrait day. What, she didn't bring a camera? Well, lucky for her that you brought yours in and you will happily help a fellow coworker out and take the picture for her. You're just that nice.
