                      Yeah, but again that assumes that all Indians use English derived from a Hindi grammar base. Depending on your Indian native language, your adaptation of English will change. It's kinda like how here in the States, everyone assumes there is a single British accent when that's not true. Similarly Indian accents/English-dialects are many in number. And in India, people from different states mock the English accents used in other states. Yeah, we love each other out there! :-D

                          Yeah it is, just as American English is English too. But the Brits won't accept either of those, and continue to insist that their version is the only version. So the rest of the world just humor them and pretend to agree with that! :-D

                                    Much the same here with accents. There is Jock, Scouse, Geordie, Carrot Cruncher, Brummie, Mummerset, Cockney, Tyke, Taff, Mick, Estuary, Sarf etc.
