I was running late and didn't have breakfast this morning, so I picked up a BACON and egg samich on the way in. Freshly made with a nice fried egg and just the right amount of brown. Good it was.

No. Spam is a processed, texture-free lump of miscellaneous mechanically recovered meat including parts that you probably don't want to know about. BACON is big lumps of pig. Food of the Gods!

Have you tried the 'limited edition' brown sauce with Guiness? Home baked, hand cut, bread, lightly toasted, buttered... Four rashers dry cured, thick cut, bacon, grilled... One slowly fried double yolk egg, no runny white remaining, yolks beautifully warm and rich... Lashings of Brown Sauce with Guiness... It's not any bacon sandwich, it's what I expect in a Bacon Sandwich... ...and dammit, now I'm hungry...

If I was interested, I could probably have worked that out, yes. But the relevance escapes me...

No relevance here, I was just being silly this morning and have not had my coffee. :)

Absotively. The moment you sense texture in Spam, is the time to spit it out.
