I think all artists go through a weird period. The talent is there but directed somewhere into the either? Usually it's either religion or drugs or both, at least used to be don't know about now a days.
The problem with borrowing money from China is 30 mins. later you feel broke again.

I've seen her duet with Maynard, because I'm also a big Tool, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer fan. :-D Actually, between the two they form the bulk of my musical interest.
