I'm trying to decide which is the stranger punctuation mark, but so far it's a tie. Which do you think is stranger‽:

    • ⁀ (Tie)
    • ⁂ (Asterism)

Any other strange punctuation marks or symbols you know of?

For what purpose? As far as I am aware neither is a true punctuation mark.

⁂ (Asterism) Just for the name, I vote the second. Sounds like a condition, like the neighbor kid has Asterism. :(

It was broke, so I fixed it.

Isn't that a musical tie (the joining notes variety, not the horrible piano key adorned menswear variety)?

It's actually an astronomy term. Means a small, (relatively) well-known subset of a constellation. i.e. The Big Dipper is an asterism, Ursa Major is its constellation.
