Yeah it’s quite distressing that people who can write a few lines of code think that they are somehow superior to non-programmers when they themselves are mostly clueless as to anything non-programming related. Maybe it’s a sub-conscious awareness of these shortcomings that makes them behave like assholes when they get that once-in-a-while sporadic opportunity to do so.
