VB6, I could understand: we still have some VB6 apps floating around in my company (they will be gone by year's end, but only because I've been working to convert them to VB.Net.) But VB5? Presumably, the question came from someone whose first job is maintaining legacy code, and haven't we all had jobs like that? My first programming job came in 1997, and involved COBOL.

As of three years ago, the last time I checked, our local college was still using VB6 for the "Introduction to Programming" class. I hollered about it, being a teacher there at the time, and was told to shut up, since I wasn't a programming instructor. Poor kids... :sigh:
