Why? The article says the application was written in Silverlight. There are links in the article for more information. It is a GREAT example of an application idea. Why does it warrant negative remarks just because it's not an online application? There are plenty of applications that are not online. It shows creativity and a perfect example of how we don't have to confine ourselves to a web browser.
