I think you will find they told me everything from eat all three bits to eat none and work out ... anyway don't tell anyone but when I got to the fridge it looked a bit cheap so it was dead easy not to eat it. :-O :-O :-O

its a well known fact that food that isn't yours has zero calories I also swear by the rule that if at least one ingredient is healthy then the whole thing is healthy.. therefore flapjacks == health food, even if covered in chocolate
