    Given the possibility of taking possession of the item in question, and should there arise a need to assess the ownership of said item, taken in context with the appropriate measures put in place to validate the benefit of assigning the parties to the individuals mentioned, and taking account of the benefits of admitting to the proprietary nature of the aforementioned articles, would admit to there being the possibility that said article may, or may not, be assigned in the fullness of time, at the appropriate juncture.
