If you look at the original message (the one that Dalek Dave replied to), it tells you that the message was modified. The reason that it was modified was because the URL either pointed to the wrong place, or wasn't in as a link. Dalek Dave told the OP that this was a problem. You came to this thread after the link was corrected, which means that Dalek Dave's answer makes less sense to you now. This is the source of your confusion.
