The clock on the wall says 9:33am The clock on my phone says 9:34am The clock next to my desk says 9:43am The clock in my system try says 9:38am The clock in my head says "It's too early... Just go back to bed..." Part of me wants to know which one is right... The other part isn't caffeinated enough to care. Is this what Einstein meant about time being relative? :)

Mine says 15:47. So I guess it must be relative.

There really is no such thing as time. Man has to quantify everything including himself in order to understand the world around him. -- gets off zen soapbox and back into reality. :)

The key bit is I don't go "to" but "through" Luton. Out the other side is lovely Budapest and my girls. The weather is forecast as a tad chilly over the weekend, maybe even freezing, but I have the buautiful Mrs Wife to keep me warm and the babies to keep me entertained.

Are these devices arranged (east to west) in this order? Clock next to desk, clock in system tray, clock on phone, clock on wall? If so, maybe your clocks are just showing you the time in some kind of micro time zones?

I was on a jury where the defense was trying to claim that a bank's transaction record was no more credible than the time printed on a Walmart receipt (the difference between the two was eight minutes). I honestly can't believe the defense really wanted me on that jury panel.

I'd long thought that my cell phone is the final authority on the correct time because they're all sync'd to the GPS network, but recently I happened to be in the truck with my work call phone, my personal cell phone, and my lady's cell phone - all three displayed a different time, and it wasn't a small difference! So much for the synchronization theory... A man with a good watch always knows what time it is; a man with two watches is never sure.:suss:
