I have, I found out today that the contracts being offered to new hires here now include a clause prohibiting the "drawing of sexual imagery on company property". Just goes to show - white boards, beer and young bored guys dont mix in a corporate environment.

Simple answer... Yes I am the hire guy for tech and accounts, I also have an 'influence' on all other hires. We take no arseholes, religionists or communists. Seems to work. Although I find I am the only person that is not a southern irish catholic working for the company. (I am an Norther Irish Atheist of Protestant upbringing, so may be the one that gets them through the discrimination barrier)
