I've given up on Adaptec. I even upgraded to the latest 5.0 version of Easy CD Creator (which does have some great features and a nice UI). However, their technical support is slow and useless and I can't get the software working. SO, does anyone have any good suggestions for a package that includes CD copying, most CD-R(W) drives, creation of music CD's from WAV/MP3/etc, creation of MP3 music cd's (for my car's MP3 in dash player), and support for the 80 minute format? Thanks!

Nero, nero, nero. Nero. There is nothing else. I've tried them all and am about to buy.... Nero. Christian #include "std_disclaimer.h" People who love sausage and respect the law should never watch either one being made. I see that you've already got all advice you'll need so this is probably not necesary, but my vote goes to Nero. /Mike

Like all the others I vote for Nero. I have used it for the last couple of years, and it works great. - Anders Money talks, but all mine ever says is "Goodbye!"

I was in the same situation. After installing version 5.0 of Easy CD Creator, I had a lot of problems. Now, I'm using NERO. It works fine!

Does it support something like Adaptec's DirectCD?

Well. I have to admit that NERO is a good program, but if you want to make your own music CDs (even MP3 CDs) you should try Feurio. It's the best when it comes to music. www.feurio.net (sorry, no HTML tags) ;)
